  • AgriStability Worksheets. AgExpert Premium customers can now track their inventory with detailed grades and view their AgriStability worksheets easily in AgExpert Accounting. With all the data they need in one place, customers will be able to complete their enrollment into the AgriStability program with ease. AgriStability worksheets can be found under the Advanced Inventory tab.
  • Contacts. Improvements to the contacts feature will provide Premium customers the opportunity to set up a new shared contact and grant them access to both their Field and Accounting data. This will save time, by reducing re-entry of information and will allow customization to show or hide certain contacts.
  • Payroll Setup Enhancement. All payroll settings are now in a single location, providing easier and more efficient access.
  • Tax Reports (T1163, T1273, T2042). Users can save time by entering their data once and using it multiple ways, including completing tax forms like the T1163, T1273 and T2042 Statement of Farming Activities.

Latest updates


  • Apply activities to multiple fields. Save time by entering an activity once and applying it to multiple fields. This will reduce the need for duplicate entry and provides a more efficient way of tracking activities. The latest activities added are land rolling and rock picking.
  • AgExpert Field Mobile updates. Additional features are now available on the AgExpert Field mobile app, providing a better experience for entering data in the moment. Whether at home or in the field, customers can conveniently access and enter new data. Significant additions to the mobile app include: 
    • Historical weather data for activities
    • Multiple fields for activities
    • Planned vs. Completed filters
    • Storage location improvements for harvest activities
  • Contacts. Improvements to the contacts feature will provide customers the opportunity to set up a new shared contact and grant them access to both their Field and Accounting applications. This will save time, by reducing re-entry of information and will allow customization to show or hide certain contacts. AgExpert Field customers with a Basic subscription can share their data with up to 5 contacts, while Premium customers have unlimited sharing.
  • Show and Hide Activity Types. Users can choose which activity types they see in their subscription. This allows for more personalization, by showing relevant information about their farm operation.
  • Feature Enhancements. To provide a better customer experience, a series of user-requested enhancements have been made, including:
    • New activity types such as land rolling and rock picking 
    • Storage locations improvements on harvest activities
    • Updates to the inventory graph to show contracted vs. not contracted inventory levels.
    • Improvements to the add and edit field functionality
    • The option to hide financials on field overview printout
    • A new Field Manager Pro migration tool icon
    • Improvements to filters for contracts and storage locations
